Procrastination

Lately i been procrastinating about weightloss. i keep saying tomoro ill start a new diet..but tomorrow never comes. now i have gained a total of 13 pounds i believe.. i got down to 167.8 lbs and this moring i weighed myself and i was 180.8 lbs :( that is it! I have had it im getting back on track i never thought i would see 180 back on the scale. I have now tell augest 31. todays date is july 25 2010. i would like to be somewhere in the 140's by the end of augest or by september 8th when highschool starts again. i will make a youtube video once i get back around 172 lbs. btw i did win tearsnomore8 bikini challenge on youtube..ill tell you all more about that in my next post even though im soo late.

Tahitian Workout

The Tahitian workout is kinda like the hula workout except i think the tahitian workout works your body more. I do this workout in my spear time, it really works my stomach because while doing the dance you have to keep your stomach sucked in. It also gives you a cardio and a muscle strengthening workout. I favourited the whole workout from the dvd on youtube, because i didnt want to spend money on buying the dvd. Raw food diet

I tried the raw food diet and i loved it. I loved it because i started eatting healthy for a change. I still ate meat on weekends but not alot. I advise people to try this diet because it helps you lose weight easyily!! well it helped me. Right now im on a low calorie diet. I think im going to go back on the raw food diet because i lost more weight on it then i am with the low calorie diet. On the raw food diet you guys can still eat like some bread and pasta and stuff. Just everything but meat. I kind of made this diet up, and it worked so well for me. you guys should try it. test it out for like 2 days and see how it goes. But make sure you still count your calories if you at pasta or bread and stuff. if u eat pasta just mesure half a cup dry of whole wheat.

Master cleanse diet/ Lemonade diet Review/beyonce diet

Okay so i tried out the master cleanse diet also known as the lemonade and beyonce diet some time in march, I only did it for three and a half days. The minium for the diet is 10 days, unfortunatly i didnt make it. The reason for that is because i almost fainted. I almost fainted because on the diet you arnt aloud to eat food at all or drink anything other than the lemonade mixture. Let me tell everyone it is the second grossest drink i ever tasted. The drink consist of the following ingrediants mixed together, Freshly squezzed lemons, Grade B maple syrup, filtered water and alot of chyanne pepper. The drink is so SPICY i hate spicy drinks!!! And the thing about all this is you have to only drink that mixture 6-12 times a day and eat and drink nothing else. I was brave enough to try it. I lost weight but that was because i never ate anything at all. Oh yea i forgot to mention you have to drink laxitive tea alot because your body doesnt let you take a SH*T because your not consuming any food at all. So my review on this diet is DONT TRY IT! IF YOU ARE DO IT AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION.

Calorie counting

Calorie counting is something that is very common that people do when they diet. Honestly i Calorie count. It works for me. Something that works for me is setting my daily calorie goal to a low number like 800. People may say thats way to low to go. But in fact most people tend to eat more calories than they planned. So if you plan to eat 800 your most likely to go over by 100 or 200. Also you shouldnt just count calories, you should count calories and fat.


Convert the fat as follows:




20% of 1800 = 360 fat calories.


There are 9 calories in one gram of fat.


360 divided by 9 = 40 grams of fat.


40 is the maximum number of fat grams that you can eat per day. Only 20 grams or less should be in saturated or hydrogenated fats.






You choose a diet of 20% fat and 2200 calories per day.


20% of 2200 = 440 fat calories divided by 9 = 49 grams of fat maximum per day. Still only 24.5 grams or less should be in saturated or hydrogenated fats.

Kim Kardashian body obsession

I want a body like kim kardashian. but I know i can never get a body like that because everyone is shaped differently. Also everyone loses weight in different places. But dont get me wrong, you dont have to look like that to be beutiful. Because you already are!!!

Tearsnomore87 Bikini contest

So as some of you may know I have joined Tearsnomore87's Bikini contest on youtube. I hope to win the challenge, because im trying very hard. I also hope alot of people vote for me. I love the contest she made because the winners get a prize which is swim suit wear from victoria secret. When people hear the word prize their more likely to try. But i think in the end everyone is a winner because everyone is going to be either ready or closer to ready for bikini season then they were before they started the challenge. Her and some other users on youtube have inspired me to lose weight. But mainly her because at first I thought it was impossible for someone who weighed anywhere in their 190's and up to lose alot of weight without surgery. But that all changed when I checked out her video's on youtube. She started her weightloss in the 190's and is now in the 120's. I'm proud of her.
